Terms & Conditions of Splash Giving Subscription:

  1. Provides monthly access to water (based on the water type subscribed to).
  2. Monthly contract not required.
  3. Subscriber may cancel at any time.
  4. Refunds are not provided if subscription is cancelled.
  5. If subscription is cancelled, the subscriber will have access to water for the remaining days in the billing cycle.
  6. Subscriber must utilize his/her mobile device phone number that was provided when subscribing to access water with our “buttonless†water station.
  7. Subscriber may not transfer account to another user.
  8. Water processing stations may be periodically inoperational due to water processing, maintenance or other unanticipated matters.
  9. 20% of the subscription value will be donated by Splash Giving, to support of a non-profit organization of your choosing.
